Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with information on moving in and using the facilities. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors (a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if detected). If the above rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. Bedding is not provided by default (please inquire if needed, and we will assist you).
Please use the shared space for the washing machine, dryer, and kitchen. E-Mart, Seongnam Central Market, hospitals, Seongnam Medical Center, Daiso, cafes, and other amenities are nearby for your convenience. The Shinheung 9 Public Parking Lot is the closest.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
