If a companion is found, you will be immediately evicted. ✅ All check-ins are contactless. ✅ Check-in time is 1 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. ✅ Location and usage instructions will be provided the day before check-in. ✅ Please contact us anytime for additional inquiries or requests. ✅ Registration of move-in is not possible.
✅ Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking or pets are present, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000-400,000 KRW) ✅ Upon check-out, if the room is found to be unsanitary, or if there is damage to the wallpaper, fixtures, or noticeable contamination after inspection, a separate cleaning or repair fee will be charged. ✅ For personal hygiene, please bring your own toiletries and towels.
