This is a peaceful home in Suyu-dong. The kitchen and dining area have been fully renovated, so the house is very clean. There is one queen-size bed. You must bring your own personal items. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is no assigned parking. If you bring pets, there will be an additional special cleaning fee, and you must restore any damaged items to their original condition.
It is about a 13-minute walk from Samyang Station on the Ui-Sinseol Line. Alternatively, exit from Exit 2 of Solsaem Station, turn right, and take bus number 152, 1165, or 1115 in front of Samyang Byuksan Live Park M Yang Elementary School. After 3 stops, get off at U-Gwang Town, and the house is a 1-minute walk away. There is a convenience store in front of the bus stop. An additional special cleaning fee applies when pets are brought in, and any damage to the property must be restored to its original condition.
For long-term contracts, the method of paying utility bills can be negotiated based on actual usage.
