New, fully-furnished residence 8

I had a wonderful, relaxing week and made many great memories here. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Olle Market, Lee Jung-seop Street, Jeongbang Waterfall, and Olle Trail routes 6, 7, and 8. It is very convenient for travelers relying on public transport. The interior is clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is also a convenience store nearby. The manager is kind and responds quickly to any requests. I highly recommend this place for its excellent value. We traveled without a car this time, so I can't speak to the parking situation personally, but there appear to be plenty of parking spots in the area.

I’m writing a long, detailed review in hopes it helps anyone considering staying here. I stayed here alone on a business trip; I originally booked for a week but extended it by a few days, staying for about eight days in total. 1. The facilities were clean and tidy—loved that. 2. It was great having all the necessary amenities provided. 3. It shares a lobby with a hotel, which made me feel safer, though sharing elevators with hotel guests might be a matter of personal preference. I viewed it positively. 4. I liked the location; there were plenty of things to do nearby. 5. The room had a pantry, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and warm. 6. I was very satisfied with the desk space—there was a spacious main desk plus a hidden desk, offering plenty of room. However, there were definitely some downsides. 1. While the facilities were generally clean, the bathroom cleaning was a bit lacking; it felt a little unsanitary. 2. There were no instructions on waste disposal, so I was a bit lost. I bought a standard trash bag for general waste, then found a recycling bin in the alleyway for the rest. It would be better if there were clear instructions. For food waste, you need a prepaid transit card (available at convenience stores for 4,000 won). 3. The parking lot is very cramped. Unless you arrive by 11 AM, you have to park in the alley. I drive an SUV, so I couldn't use the mechanical parking tower. Overall, I’m leaving with positive memories and would be willing to stay here again. It would be nice to have a location in Jeju City, but I think it’s worth the hour-long trip to Seogwipo. Oh, the microwave was on the floor, so it was a bit hard on my back. :( Still, I’m giving it five stars because I really liked it. It was a cozy and comfortable stay.
