- Check-in is contactless. - This is a non-smoking apartment. - The standard occupancy is 2 people. (If there are more than 2 people, an additional management fee will be charged per person.) - The parking sticker is on the stand. Please place it on the front windshield of your car and return it to the same spot when you check out.
- This is a 2-room apartment for short-term rental.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If the management fee is exceeded, you will be responsible for the additional amount.
It’s incredibly clean, and the landlord is so, so kind! The bed was prepared immaculately, and there’s a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and kitchenware—everything you need is there. I highly recommend it, especially for nursing students doing their clinical rotations!
I was really happy with the place, and the host was so kind; I think I’ll stay here again whenever I visit Cheongju. 🥺🩷
