Aside from the cigarette odor that made it hard to breathe at times, the location was convenient and great. The smell seemed to be coming in from a neighboring unit or the shared ventilation system; it became particularly strong whenever I turned on the air conditioner or the bathroom exhaust fan. I think non-smokers might find it difficult to stay here for an extended period. I tried opening the window for a bit, but there were no screens, so a lot of mosquitoes got in—this is something that really needs improvement. Also, parking was a hassle; the lot was always full by the time I returned from my daily activities. You can pretty much assume the lot will be full after 4 PM, so I ended up parking on the street all week. Still, it was a decent value for the price!

Overall, it was a good experience, aside from the inconvenience of opening the window due to being on the second floor and the unpleasant cigarette smell when the air conditioner was on.
The facilities were good.
