- All utility bills (excluding gas) are included in the management fee. - Gas bills are settled on a daily basis upon check-out. - If you perform basic cleaning and dispose of all garbage generated upon check-out, no check-out cleaning fee will be incurred. However, if you are unable to dispose of garbage upon check-out, a check-out cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged.
I stayed here for about three months while waiting for my home renovation to be completed. Thanks to your thoughtfulness, I had a smooth and pleasant stay. The terrace was lovely, clean, and wonderful! Highly recommended!
The host prepared the space to be clean and convenient, so I had a really good stay. From check-in to check-out, the host and manager responded well and quickly, and my child seemed to like the space and got along well without being shy. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the accessibility to the bus stop was good, so it was very comfortable to live in. It was a good space where I could see that the host put a lot of effort into building management! Thank you for letting me have a comfortable stay for a week.
I really recommend it. If you're staying in this area, I highly recommend it. We stayed for a short time with 4 people, and it was reasonably priced, the facilities were very clean, and the owner was very kind. If I have another opportunity like this, I will definitely go back here.
