I do not recommend this place for anyone who dislikes bugs or is sensitive to musty odors in the bathroom. The entire unit was heavily saturated with air fresheners; as soon as I moved in, the scent felt too overpowering, so I removed them. However, once I did, the smell of sewage from the bathroom and the musty, damp odor of an old building began to rise. When I tried to ventilate the room, I found the window screens covered in dust. I believe I discovered the bugs after 8:00 PM on my second day, after returning from work. After sleeping there the first night, I removed some of the air fresheners, and when I returned home 12 hours later, the place reeked so badly that the presence of bugs made perfect sense. I am very sensitive to ventilation, odors, and insects, so I am leaving without filing a formal complaint, but... Basically, I stayed for a total of two days and then checked out immediately; I essentially spent three weeks paying for a place I wasn't even living in. I wasted a huge amount of money. SamsamM2 needs to establish a refund procedure for early move-outs in cases where the room is unsatisfactory.

Communication: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The host was very kind and responded quickly to my questions. Interior ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was surprised at how comfortable the bed mattress was. All the necessary furniture, a hairdryer, etc. were provided without exception. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The bus stop for a direct bus to Jamsil is close, and Seongsu Station is about a 10-15 minute walk. There's a market just a short walk away, so it was very convenient to buy what I needed and visit good restaurants. I visited Korea for two weeks and had a great time with my two children.
