The landlord is a kind and warm person who accommodated our needs throughout our stay. I was able to use their washing machine and dryer for just 5,000 KRW, as I couldn't find any coin laundromats nearby online. The location is great; it's only about 100 meters from the main road but remains quiet. It’s a good neighborhood for an extended stay. Being 30 minutes away from Haeundae was fine, especially since we visited during the BTS concert; hotel prices in Busan had surged by around 200% a month before the event, yet we managed to get this room at a normal rate. Thank you to the landlord.
