The location is convenient, and despite the lack of soundproofing, it was quiet. However, there were issues with the Wi-Fi and the hot water heater. It took two days to fix the Wi-Fi due to the holiday, and since the boiler issue could not be resolved immediately, I struggled to take showers until I checked out. There was mold in the air conditioner and the washing machine's detergent compartment; I ended up not using the air conditioner and had to clean the detergent compartment myself before using it. Please pay attention to these matters.
