The unit has been fully renovated and is currently vacant. It is offered at a low price because it comes unfurnished, except for an air conditioner, a desk, and a portable clothes rack. (Please note that items such as kitchenware and bedding are not provided.) This is a 4th-floor unit in a low-rise apartment building (villa) located in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu. It is a comfortable home where the view of Bukhansan Mountain through the large windows offers a soothing, healing atmosphere. Its proximity to the National Rehabilitation Center and Suyu Hanyang University Hospital makes it an ideal place for caregivers to stay.

The move-in process is contactless. Once the contract is finalized, we will provide you with the access code and move-in instructions.
Same-day reservations are not available. Due to the building's structure, a ladder truck cannot be used. (An aerial lift truck is possible.)
If usage of the included items exceeds the allocated amount, an additional management fee may be charged.

The white interior was clean and refreshing. Opening the window revealed a view of Bukhansan Mountain, and the natural scenery felt truly healing. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance.
