This studio apartment is located very close to Hwaseong City Hall in Namyang-eup. The heating system works excellently, keeping the unit warm during the winter, and the water pressure in the bathroom is strong, ensuring a comfortable shower experience. A basic mattress and bedding are provided, so you simply need to bring your personal belongings and enjoy a comfortable stay! I am looking for a tenant who will keep the place clean. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Towels, toiletries, and toilet paper are not provided. Check-out is not possible the day after the contract ends; stays are permitted only within the contract period.

Check-in and check-out are conducted on a contactless basis. **Photos are required upon check-out.** Check-out is by 12:00 PM; if you need to check out later than this, please let us know in advance.
Compensation fees will be charged for any damage to or soiling of items (including mattresses). Please use the facilities with care. Additional charges may apply after the contract period if utility costs (water, electricity, heating, etc.) and management fees exceed the set limit (based on 50,000 KRW per week).
The cost includes electricity, water, and gas. You will need to arrange for your own internet installation. A TV is provided, but it can only be used after internet installation (though it can be used as a monitor). Smoking is prohibited indoors.
