It is frequently occupied by two people, and the space is fully suitable for two-person living. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two people.

Side-dish shops can be found at the Haengbok Mart next door and at Moran Market (a permanent market) located 300m to the southeast. 3) Compensation is required if a pet damages property (only one small pet allowed). 4) A Citizens' Sports Park—popular as an urban healing spot—is located 300m to the south. Within a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk), you can access a well-maintained walking path along the Geumho River, the large Yulha Sports Park (which served as the Athletes' Village and a competition venue for the 1986 Asian Games), a lakeside walking trail, and Mt. Chorye-san (featuring forest roads and historical ties to a battle involving King Taejo Wang Geon). Elementary and middle schools are also within a 7-minute walk. 5) Wi-Fi is provided.
Electricity and city gas charges based on actual usage during the stay will be billed separately upon check-out. (Invoices from the utility companies will be attached.) ■ The unit is equipped with a double bed (Queen size: 160x213x105 cm) and two additional single topper mattresses (110x200x12 cm; can also serve as a living room sofa). Bedding (pillows, duvets, and floor mats) is provided for up to two occupants. - Please notify us in advance of the number of occupants (for laundry purposes). ■ Guests must provide their own consumables—such as towels, detergent, and toilet paper—beyond the items already provided.
