The view from the accommodation is very beautiful, and it offers a good view of the Han River. The location is also perfect, right next to Exit 2 of Hapjeong Station, making it close to Mangwon Market and Hongik University Station, so I think choosing this accommodation was a very good decision. However, when I checked in, the room was not clean; there was a lot of hair from the previous guest on the bed and in the bathroom, so I had to clean it again. All the 33m2 accommodations I've stayed in before had garbage bags prepared, but this accommodation didn't, so I had to buy them myself, and I even have some left over. Also, there was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom, and there was no air freshener, so I bought one myself. Since I was staying alone, I didn't sleep upstairs often, and since the boiler was downstairs, I mostly slept on the sofa downstairs. As a result, I didn't realize at the time of check-in that there were stains on the duvet, pillows, and mattress upstairs. Also, since there was no photo record to confirm the room's condition at check-in, I personally found it a bit disappointing that I had to pay a fine for the stains. Since I didn't bring warm clothes, I bought several new items like hoodies and knits while staying in Hapjeong and washed them immediately. I washed them every time I wore them because I was sweating, and I used fabric softener when washing, but because I used a lot, I was charged for the replacement cost of the fabric softener.
