The TV is a smart TV that supports YouTube and Netflix (using your own account). Although technically a semi-basement, it sits just two steps down from ground level, and features large windows that let in warm sunlight.

Contactless check-in is available, and the check-in time is 3:00 PM, with check-out at 11:00 AM.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
