Although it's a semi-basement, you only need to go down two steps. It has a large window, so it's a warm and sunny space.

We will send you the special provisions before the contract. We will proceed with the contract after your consent. There is no limit to the number of people for short-term rentals, but the space is suitable for 2-4 people. Contactless check-in is available, Check-in time is 3 PM / Check-out time is 11 AM.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
Communication with the host was quick and friendly. It’s conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Hapjeong Station. The place is clean and quiet. I had a comfortable and peaceful stay during my month in Seoul.
