Move-in is contactless. All items are fully furnished. TV, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave, coffee pot, rice cooker, bed, table, electronic key, etc.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. Please provide the resident's contact number after the move-in is confirmed. If any illegal activities are confirmed, such as cohabitation with minors, prostitution, or use of a gambling establishment, you may be immediately evicted. Pets are allowed, but if there is any damage to the house (damage to wallpaper, floor, etc.) after moving out, you may be asked to compensate for the damages.

I had a great stay.
It was clean and convenient. Access to Incheon Line 1 and Seoul Line 1 is easy, and you can find everything you need in the neighborhood. I also enjoyed a hike up Manwolsan Mountain. One downside was that someone in the building smokes, so I had to keep the bathroom fan running constantly to avoid smelling cigarette smoke.
