If the room you requested is not available, refuse the contract. They give you a much worse room for the same price. It's the worst. I signed a 2-week contract and moved out after 2 days to another place. I just threw my money away.
It was clean and the heating was adequate, so it was a comfortable stay. The water pressure was quite strong, which was nice for showering.
I had a good stay. I guess bugs are unavoidable in a goshiwon, right?
