1) Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and cooking strong-smelling foods (such as grilled meat and fish) are prohibited inside the accommodation. Violations will result in a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW and immediate eviction. 2) The maximum occupancy of the accommodation is 4 people. Visitors exceeding the booked number, entry with pets not previously notified, or entry by minors without a guardian are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the accommodation fee. ※ The main gate CCTV is constantly monitored. 3) The accommodation is located in a quiet village, so to prevent residents from being disturbed by noise, loud singing and the use of Bluetooth speakers are prohibited outdoors after 10 PM. Outdoor lighting automatically turns off at 10 PM, and outdoor facilities cannot be used during quiet hours. 4) Although the accommodation is regularly managed by a pest control company, due to its nature of being surrounded by nature, insects may occasionally be found. Guests who are sensitive to this are kindly requested to reconsider their booking.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
