This is a two-room apartment where you can enjoy both the city and nature. It's a bit old, but the white-toned interior and round picture windows provide great natural light. It's fully furnished (IPTV, bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker, microwave, desk, chair, monitor, parking, internet), so it's perfect for working from home. It's the ideal place for a month-long stay, whether for experiencing Seoul, business trips, or educational training.
Yeonsinnae Station is a 15-minute walk away (Lines 3, 6, and GTX). With the GTX, you can reach KINTEX in Ilsan and Seoul Station in 15 minutes. It's a convenient location for business trips to other regions. You can also quickly travel by bus to major business districts such as Gwanghwamun, Jongno, and Sinchon. It's an 8-minute walk.
After the reservation is confirmed, you can freely enter the room without human contact using the password sent via text or KakaoTalk. Two of the three closet compartments are filled with my belongings, so you don't need to use them. You can use the closet on the far left.
This accommodation is optimized for 1-2 people to stay comfortably. There is little external noise, and those staying alone can feel safe. Free private parking (1 space) is provided. There is a hiking trail and sports park right behind it, so the air is very good. (There is an external shared toilet)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Gas bills are settled and charged only during the winter season upon check-out. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay additional costs upon check-out.
There is a small park in the back.
There were no bugs, the transportation was good, and I was quite satisfied. I highly recommend it.
I had a really comfortable stay. I'd like to use it again next time.
