-The building is within a 5-minute walk of Subway Suyeong Station Exit 10 and the bus stop. -There is a hospital (Centum) right in front, Gwangalli is within walking distance (20 minutes), and Haeundae is about 15 minutes away by car. -Suyeong Station is a convenient transportation hub, serving as a transfer station for Busan Line 2 and Line 3. -Parking is available for sedan-sized vehicles only. For SUVs, you will need to use a nearby parking lot (8 minutes away, public 24-hour parking, 8,000 won per day).
- Check-in is conducted in person or remotely. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a notification message (password, manual). - Please refrain from indoor smoking, causing noise between floors, excessive drinking and singing, or any other behavior that may disturb neighbors. - We would appreciate it if you would refrain from any actions that may cause harm to others, within the common sense of apartment living.
- Standard check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is until 11 AM. If you have special circumstances, check-in and check-out times can be adjusted. - According to the 33M2 policy, contracts are typically made on a weekly basis. However, if your stay is not a full week (e.g., 3-4 days, 10-11 days), please contact the host. - If you use the tower parking system (for sedans), there is a separate parking fee of 30,000 KRW (for 1 week). However, for stays of 2 weeks or more, the host will cover the cost. - Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed, but if any damage or destruction occurs to the interior, restoration costs will be incurred. - There is a basket for recyclables in front of the unit door. Recycling bins and food waste containers are located in the parking lot on the 1st floor. Please organize your waste during your stay. - The Wi-Fi password sticker is on the router below the TV. Please use it. - If any other inconveniences arise for the guest, the host will actively take measures.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Additional charges may apply for excessive use. - Please use them conveniently, but when going out, please manage the summer appliances (air conditioner - OFF) and winter appliances (boiler - away mode) well.
