We had a great two-week stay. The location is fantastic—you just take the elevator down, and everything you need is right there. The host was also excellent, providing quick responses and feedback. Having two beds was perfect for our family of four. Thank you.

The view was beautiful, and the room was clean. The host was friendly and very responsive. The only issue for us was that the room was too warm in the summer; the building's central air conditioning wasn't cool enough.

As you mentioned, Seoul experienced a record-breaking heatwave during your stay—with temperatures nearing 40°C—which is rare even in Korea's history. I imagine it was quite a challenge to adjust to the unique, humid, and sweltering summer weather here, which differs from what you are used to in China. Even as a local, I found the heat incredibly difficult to handle, so I can only imagine how much harder it must have been for a guest visiting from abroad. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I personally invested 800,000 KRW to immediately repair and replace the central air conditioning system and provided an additional portable air conditioner. Noticing that you were still struggling with the heat, I did my utmost to help by replacing all the mattresses—both the queen and super-single sizes—with cooling mattresses. Since you were traveling with a school-aged child who is active and sensitive to the heat, I tried to be as attentive and considerate as possible to ensure their comfort. Thank you sincerely for choosing our accommodation despite the unprecedented heat and for maintaining a positive attitude throughout your stay.
