This is a studio-style apartment. It features a wood-toned interior and comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Ample built-in closets and storage cabinets make it easy to store clothing and personal items. It is furnished with a sofa, a tea table for two, and a vanity. Tableware, including plates, is provided for at least two people. It is clean and well-maintained.
Located near Centum City Station on Busan Metro Line 2. The area offers a pleasant environment and is known for great restaurants. A 5-minute walk to BEXCO and Shinsegae Centum City Department Store. A 10-minute drive to Gwangalli Beach, Haeundae Beach, and the Busan Cinema Center.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will provide instructions on check-in and use of the property. We can visit within one hour if any assistance is required. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
As the property is directly managed by the owner, you can stay with confidence and peace of mind. I live right nearby, so I can promptly assist you with any inconveniences or requests for improvements.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee.
I visited for a business trip; there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and I had no issues at all during my stay. The water pressure was a tad weak because the room was on a high floor, but otherwise, everything was great and comfortable.
