Electricity, gas, water, and internet usage fees are all included in the maintenance fee. However, if you use more than the average amount, you may be charged an additional fee. The standard number of people is 2, and if the number of people is increased, an additional 50,000 won per week will be added to the maintenance fee per person. It is not possible to register for move-in or office registration, and you may be charged for any damage to property.
There was a persistent smell—like sewage—and way too many flying insects. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly before I arrived; there was hair, dust, and even what looked like used tissues left behind by the previous guest, so I ended up buying my own slippers for the living area and bathroom. It would have been better if at least some proper cleaning supplies had been provided. The sink was filthy—covered in dust and grime or water stains—so I didn't use any of the dishes. It felt like an old building that had just been given a quick, sloppy coat of white paint, and there was even mold in the corner of the ceiling. I stayed here because the location was convenient, but honestly, for the price, you'd be better off booking somewhere else. Plus, the soundproofing was terrible.
