- Reasons for choosing this place: 1. Not a semi-basement or ground-floor unit (important for the rainy season), 2. Weather-protected parking, 3. Elevator access, 4. Clothes dryer included, 5. Not a studio apartment, 6. Equipped with a gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator. It was the perfect home that met all six of my requirements! - Location: Situated between Sinpung and Boramae subway stations, making it convenient to access either one. Although the building is located along the road, the area is quiet with light traffic. - The landlord is very kind and responsive. I have plenty of experience renting, but I doubt I’ll ever meet a landlord as great as this one again. Wishing you good health!
