It is a 7-minute walk from Jamsilsaenae Station (Subway Line 2). Airport bus 6006 is also conveniently accessible. Bus travel to both Gangnam and Gangbuk is convenient. It is also close to the Han River.
Check-in is contactless. Instructions will be provided upon check-in. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
It is a quiet residential area that offers convenient access to Lotte World, COEX, Jamsil Sports Complex, a traditional market (Saemaul Market), and a food alley.
The management fee includes electricity, water, gas, and internet charges. If the included utilities are used excessively—beyond average levels— an additional management fee may be charged.

The location is great. It seems the photos were taken right after the room was staged, so there is a significant difference from reality. If cleanliness is a priority for you, I would recommend looking for a different place.
