★ Residence R&E has been newly configured into a modern and comfortable space by remodeling the interior of an existing house. ★ It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen/living room, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. ★ It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and there is a public parking space right in front of the building, making it easy to park. ★ Consumables such as bathroom supplies, toilet paper, and bottled water are not provided.
★ It is a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal and a 5-minute drive from the KTX station. ★ From the bus terminal, take city bus 202-1 and get off at the Red Cross Entrance or Employment Center stop. From the KTX station, take city bus 202 from the stop across the street and get off at the Red Cross Entrance or Employment Center stop. ★ For taxis, get off at the (former) Hwasan Wedding Hall.
★ We will personally explain how to use the facilities upon check-in. ★ No indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes), no pets allowed. ★ Maximum 2 people. ★ Check-in time is after 3 PM, check-out time is by 11 AM. ★ Dishwashing and trash sorting are required upon check-out. ★ Food waste and wet wipes must never be flushed down the toilet (they can cause blockages). ★ This is a quiet residential area, so loud noises are prohibited after 9 PM.
★ Barbecue is available in the garden on the 2nd floor of the accommodation. (Disposable grill and charcoal are available for a fee or can be purchased directly) ★ Gyodong Jjamppong and Hyungje Kalguksu are an 8-minute walk away.
