It was incredibly frustrating and unfair. * No matter how angry I was, I shouldn't have used profanity; honestly, I couldn't hold back and swore at you first. I was actually scared while trapped inside. I sincerely apologize for that. You said you would contact me the day after the incident, and I intended to apologize then, but perhaps you felt uncomfortable, as I never heard from you; so, I am conveying this via this review instead. * Aside from how this incident was handled, I had no complaints. There were minor issues, but they were resolved, and I didn't experience any major inconvenience. * I have no intention of "review-bombing" you. It was an unexpected incident that no one could have foreseen, and it's something other users shouldn't have to go through. However, you are the manager, after all. I didn't contact you because I thought *you* personally caused the problem. I believe that if you handle situations a bit more flexibly as a manager, user satisfaction will improve.
