The interior is a non-smoking area. Pets are not allowed. The kitchen is equipped with a Hanssem induction cooktop, and the rooms have TVs with various channels and gigabit internet. Free parking is available for up to two cars. For barbecues, please use one side of the spacious yard. Please be mindful of noise levels from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure the neighbors' peaceful sleep.
If you are unsure about using the indoor/outdoor swimming pools, water ski resort, tourist attractions, or nearby restaurants, please contact the host. The accommodation is surrounded by a forest, so please be mindful of fire prevention, such as no smoking. In case of fire, please use the provided fire extinguisher or, if that fails, call 119 and inform the host. In the event of a critical patient, calling 119 will result in transport to the emergency room at Yangpyeong Hospital, which is a 5-minute drive away, or to Wonju Severance Hospital by helicopter waiting at Gangsang Sports Park.
