It is south-facing and on the 5th floor, so it gets good sunlight. The front of the building is wide open, so it's refreshing.^^ The heating and cooling work very well, and it's quiet, which is nice. Please note that dogs are not allowed.
It's about a 13-minute walk from Suwon City Hall Station. There is a bus stop a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. It's a 6-minute bus ride to Suwon City Hall Station.
It's a keypad type and contactless.
There is a Homeplus (mart) in front of City Hall Station, and if you go one stop, there is a Gallery Department Store. There is a Nongmin Mart one minute away from the house, and a Cheonyang House is right behind it. Gwonseon Market is also one minute away, so you can easily see and buy a lot of food. There is a 10593 Bagel Coffee House (hot place) near the accommodation.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
