• Move-in is contactless. • Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. • We will provide you with the door lock password on the day of check-in. • You may be charged for any damage to fixtures or items. • Short-term rentals - bedding, toiletries, towels, and disposable items are not provided. (Please inquire about additional charges if needed) • Smoking is strictly prohibited. You may be fined for smoking. • We would appreciate it if you could reduce noise after 9 PM.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
I stayed with my child for about 10 days for home repairs. The host was very kind and considerate in many ways, so I was able to stay comfortably. The subway station and bus stop were really close, and I was able to use the laundromat and convenience store comfortably. I had a warm and comfortable stay~^^
I stayed with my family for 4 weeks due to house repairs. First of all, the bed, bedding, and everything I needed for my daily life were really clean, and the area around the house was very quiet. They decorated the house with care, down to the smallest details, and especially the beautiful lighting. This place is a lighting hotspot! It's no secret that my family only has sons with zero sense of aesthetics, so we couldn't use the pretty lights. ^^ The host was also very kind and kept asking if we needed anything. They were very considerate. Thank you again, host. We had a really good stay.
