- 1-minute walk from Sema Station on Line 1, a prime location right next to the station. - There is a bus that goes directly to Gangnam, Seoul (approx. 40 minutes). - Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Campus is a 15-minute drive away. - Close to Osan IC on the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway. - Close to Starfield Hwaseo (12 minutes / 4 subway stops). - Close to Lotte Department Store at Suwon Station (9 minutes / 3 subway stops). - Mulhyanggi Arboretum is an 8-minute drive away.
* Check-in is contactless. * Check-in after 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM (some times negotiable) * Check-in information, such as the password for the common entrance and your room, will be provided on the morning of your check-in day. * Please observe essential etiquette for communal living, such as separate waste disposal and no loud noises. * After the contract period expires, you are responsible for cleaning. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The location is great and the house is pretty. It's very convenient to have a dryer. I had a good stay in a nice house. 🙂
