This is the first house to be occupied after its recent completion. It has a modern wooden interior with warm wood tones. There is a queen-size bed in the one room and a sofa bed in the living room (separated by a sliding door), so it can accommodate 3 people. (It may feel a bit cramped for 3 adults.) There is a self-service laundry room on the first floor for your convenience. Smoking is prohibited indoors.

It is a 10-minute walk from Jeungsan Station, and it takes 3 minutes by taking village bus No. 15 from the subway station entrance. It is easy to get to Sinchon, Hongdae, Hapjeong, Sangam, and DMC by subway and bus.

It's a new house, so it's clean and well-equipped with furniture so you won't be inconvenienced. The location is also great!!
It was a really cozy and clean accommodation. I was temporarily staying here due to interior construction, and I was very satisfied with my stay without any inconvenience. It was well-maintained, and there were many convenience stores nearby, making it convenient to live in. I confidently recommend it as a temporary living space or for a short stay :)
