There is a bit of an odor. Other reviews mentioned a sewage smell, but to me, it seemed more like a mix of a musty/moldy scent and the smell of a newly renovated space. I’m not particularly sensitive to smells, so it didn't bother me much, but those planning a long-term stay might want to keep this in mind. Otherwise, I was very satisfied! The water pressure is good, and both the neighbors and the property manager are friendly. Thank you. ☺️
