*Accommodation Information and Rules* Please read this carefully before proceeding with your booking. - Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. - This accommodation is designed for single occupancy (featuring a single bed). - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send a message with detailed instructions one week prior to your check-in date. 1. No Smoking or Pets Indoors - Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the room. - Pets are not allowed. - If indoor smoking or the presence of pets is detected, a *penalty fee of 50,000 KRW* will be charged in accordance with the pre-announced terms. - Additionally, if such actions result in further damages—such as the need for extra deodorizing, professional cleaning, item replacement, or guest cancellations—the actual costs incurred will be billed to you. 2. You will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement for any damage to facilities or furnishings. 3. Check-out and Waste Disposal - Please sort your waste and dispose of it in the designated area upon check-out. - If failure to follow the rules necessitates extra cleaning, waste disposal, or odor removal beyond the scope of standard check-out cleaning, the actual additional costs incurred will be charged. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
