    The location is great, the place is well-cleaned, and the landlord is kind and quick to handle any issues. A major plus is that it remains quiet despite being in the city center. However, if you have a car, try to avoid peak hours, as the area gets crowded due to the nearby academy district. As for the room itself, while it isn't brand new, I really liked the loft layout and the spacious floor plan.
