Compensation for damages may be claimed in the event of property damage or soiling. 2. Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes and vape pens—is strictly prohibited inside the building. 3. Further discounts are not available; long-term rental discounts have already been applied. 4. For contracts exceeding two months, a formal lease agreement can be arranged through a real estate agency. 5. Consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Bedding and towels are supplied as a complimentary service. 6. The security deposit is held by SamsamM2, not by me. It is typically refunded the day after check-out. 7. For long-term rentals, a property inspection is conducted once a month to ensure the unit remains in good condition. 8. I have prepared the space with great care and cleanliness, just as if I were living here myself. The property is managed directly by the owner.
Common area maintenance fees, water, and internet are included in the maintenance fee, but electricity and gas are not. Charges are settled based on meter readings taken either upon move-out or every two weeks.
