It is a great location with convenient transportation to Jeonju's hot spots: Sinsigaji, Seosin-dong, and Junghwasan-dong. 🛌 Fully furnished with a bed (for 1-2 people), table, TV, etc. ---Bedding, such as blankets, will be washed and set up cleanly. ✔️ This is a short-term rental, not a lodging establishment, so please handle cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and trash disposal (including recycling) yourself during your stay. Please bring your own personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes. 🚫Smoking and pets are prohibited in the building. (Violation may result in claims for damages, such as wallpaper replacement costs) 🚫Damage, loss, or contamination of property may incur usage fees and special cleaning costs. 🚫Late-night loud noises or drinking parties that may disturb neighbors are not allowed!
🎀 In addition to the rent, the management fee includes common area cleaning, water, TV, and wireless internet. 🎀 Electricity and gas costs are calculated at 4,000 won per night. 🎀 Please feel free to use the space, but when you go out, please be sure to set the boiler to away mode. :) 📌 If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
