Check-in is contactless. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. The space is optimized for a single occupant. (Guests will be asked to leave if there are two people.) Detailed instructions will be provided once the reservation is confirmed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 11:00 AM. As this is a residential area, please be mindful of noise after 10:00 PM. Its proximity to the heart of the Konkuk University area made it very convenient to get around. The surrounding neighborhood is well-developed, making it easy to find places to eat, shop, and enjoy a coffee, and the accommodation itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the new air conditioner, which kept the room pleasant, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I would love to stay here again next time I visit the area. 😊
Cleanliness is great! The infrastructure is also very good, and I highly recommend it to those looking for a short-term rental near Konkuk University! The host is also very kind! They responded quickly, and I was touched during my stay. I had a good rest and am leaving now!!
I was surprised by the spotless condition of the room when I arrived. I used it alone, but it's a room large enough for two people. The location is right in front of Konkuk University Station, so getting around Seoul was very convenient. The host also responded to chats very quickly, so communication was very smooth. It was such a good room that I would like to use it again if I visit Seoul next time.
