- Sinpo Station and Sungui Station on the Suin-Bundang Line and Dongincheon Station on Line 1 are nearby. - Parking for one vehicle is available free of charge. Please provide your vehicle number in advance for vehicle registration before check-in.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. - For environmental protection, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in advance, so please prepare them beforehand.
- Nearby attractions include Chinatown, Wolmido, and Sinpo Market, as well as Inha University Hospital and E-Mart. - The space is cleaned and ready for immediate use upon check-in. - Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. - When doing laundry, please wash towels and bath towels separately from other laundry. You may be asked to pay for damages in case of color bleeding. - Please put food waste in the food waste bag in the food waste bin located next to the induction cooktop. - Please put general waste in the trash can located in the living room. For recyclables that do not fit in the trash can, please dispose of them in the recycling area on the first basement floor. - You may be asked to pay for damages in case of damage, loss, or contamination of items.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
