(Gangnam Branch) - Meticulously cleaned and maintained. - Fully furnished for convenience. - Strictly no smoking inside the building (including e-cigarettes; a special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW applies). - As the property is located in a residential area, please be mindful of noise between 9 PM and 9 AM (no laundry during these hours). - Must use the dehumidifier right next to laundry when drying clothes indoors (special cleaning fee charged if mold develops). - Must open the window to ventilate after showering (special cleaning fee charged if mold develops). - No parties or gatherings allowed. - No pets allowed. - Fire alarms are installed; cooking smoky foods like fish or meat will trigger the alarm, and strong odors are prohibited. - No cleaning fee is charged, but please wash the dishes and sort your trash upon checkout. - Costs will be charged for any damaged or lost facilities or items. - Toiletries and bedding are not provided for short-term rentals. - Please keep the space clean as it is a shared environment :)
📌 The management fee covers water, electricity, gas, internet, and TV services. 📌 Additional fees may be charged if usage of these included utilities significantly exceeds average levels. 📌 You must dispose of trash and tidy up the unit upon check-out. 📌 A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for policy violations (such as mold or indoor smoking) or if the unit is heavily soiled and requires professional cleaning. 📌 Costs will be charged for any damage or loss of property.
