This studio-style space features a wide, high arched doorway and warm lighting. It comes fully equipped with essential appliances and a high-quality Italian latex queen-size bed; a newly installed heating system ensures a cozy environment, and the air conditioner is a modern model. The kitchen includes a microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, and the entire space—including the bathroom—has been recently renovated.
It is a 5–7 minute walk from Exit 3 of Suyeong Station (Lines 2 and 3). Millak Station is also nearby, and there are excellent bus connections.
We will arrange the move-in and move-out times based on the situation. The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room rather than being for private use. We manage the facility, so you don't need to worry; the dryer is available for use as well. We will provide details regarding waste sorting and other matters when you move in.
* Due to the nature of short-term rentals, bedding and towels are not provided. * The location is excellent for business trips to the Centum area, and the room is perfect for one or two guests. It is a bright, sunlit space—not gloomy at all—so I am confident you will be happy with your choice. I look forward to hearing from you! :-) * Although it is a mixed-use building, the other unit is occupied by a lovely office, so there are absolutely no issues with cooking odors or noise.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional charges may apply if usage fees are unusually high or unreasonable.
The house was in excellent condition, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location was also perfect and very convenient for getting around. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place and helping us create wonderful memories.
