This studio-style space features a wide, high arched doorway and stylish lighting. It comes fully equipped with essential appliances and a premium Italian latex queen-size bed offering excellent comfort; a newly installed heating system ensures a cozy environment, and the air conditioner is a modern model. The kitchen includes a microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils. There is a separate laundry room nearby equipped with a washer and dryer. The entire space, including the bathroom, has been recently renovated. Thanks to the recent completion of the Human Bridge, Shinsegae Department Store and Centum City are now within walking distance.^^
It is a 5–7 minute walk from Exit 3 of Suyeong Station (Lines 2 and 3). Millak Station is also nearby, and there are excellent bus connections.
We will arrange the move-in and move-out times to suit your schedule. The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room rather than inside the unit. We manage the facility ourselves, so you don't need to worry; the dryer is available for use as well. ⭐️Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. We will provide details regarding waste sorting and other guidelines upon your move-in.
* Due to the nature of short-term rentals, bedding and towels are not provided. * It is conveniently located for business trips to the Centum area and offers plenty of space for one or two guests. The room is bright and sunny—not gloomy at all—so I am confident it will be a great choice. I look forward to hearing from you! :-) * Although it is a mixed-use building, the other unit is occupied by a lovely office, so there are absolutely no issues with cooking odors or noise.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional charges may apply if usage costs are exceptionally high and beyond reasonable limits.
It has the atmosphere of a private home in a quiet residential area and is more spacious than expected. A lovely cafe called Suyeong-tteul is right on the doorstep. It’s a 7–8 minute walk to the Suyeong River Human Bridge, and Centum City is also close by for a stroll. Both Millak Station and Suyeong Station are within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay.
