It is located in Sasong New Town, the most recently built city in Yangsan. The biggest advantage is its proximity to Busan, and it is also close to the old Yangsan city and Mulgeum New Town. Originally, I was scheduled to move in, but due to circumstances, I ended up doing a short-term rental with SamSamM2, so some of my personal belongings are still there. You can use the appliances, bed, and bedding as they are. I will provide more details in person.
When using public transportation, take bus number 12, 16, or 17 in Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam, and get off at the The Sharp Desian 3rd Complex stop. If you are driving, it is 13 minutes from Nopo IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway and 10 minutes from Namyangsan IC. It is 11 minutes from Yangsan Intercity Bus Terminal and 15 minutes from Busan Central Bus Terminal.
