This room is decorated for my stay as my company is nearby. I've also carefully prepared amenities such as a hair straightener and hair ties for the convenience of female guests. There are no entertainment venues nearby, and it's a safe main street. It's furnished with a dining table/desk, a wardrobe, a queen-size bed, and hotel-quality bedding. It's perfectly adequate for simple cooking or working. I personally manage it daily and receive monthly pest control services from CESCO.
It is 5 minutes from Nambu Terminal and Nambu Terminal Station. It is a 10-minute walk from Gyodae Station.
