This is a fully-furnished studio apartment with a single bed. Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided. Blankets and pillows are available for rent upon request. It is ideal for one person. Two people can be accommodated (*single bed*).
5 minutes from Busan Station (station area) Busan has many hills, so even around the station, there are many places with only good views from high elevations. You should be prepared for hills and stairs. If you are a stay-type, (view) is recommended / If you are an active type, (station area) is recommended. This is the beginning of the hill.
The host is in the same building, so we will assist with check-in and check-out and resolve any issues immediately. Smoking and pets are not allowed. For utilities such as electricity and gas, which are not included in the price, we will check the meter at check-in and check-out and charge you based on your usage.

The cost of water, internet, and cable TV is included in the management fee. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon departure.
It was so clean and had everything I needed, which was great (dishes, detergent, etc.). Thanks to the host's thoughtfulness, I had a comfortable stay.
