This is a clean studio apartment with a view of the Han River. It is a space where 2 people can stay comfortably. It is an officetel in a prime location, 1 minute from Dangsan Station. It is equipped with a queen-size bed for a comfortable stay. It is equipped with a 43-inch TV (set-top box, Chromecast), and Wi-Fi. There are cafes, Olive Young, Daiso, restaurants, etc. within a 1-minute walk from the building.
It is a 1-minute walk from Dangsan Station (Lines 2/9). It is a super-prime location, about 10 minutes from Hongdae/Yeouido and about 20 minutes from Gangnam (Sinnonhyeon). There are airport bus and express bus stops right in front of and near the building.
This is a contactless check-in. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you the check-in guide.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The apartment is ideally located and perfectly laid out! Thanks to the host for their kindness and responsiveness. I would happily return if I have the chance; the apartment is also convenient for long stays!
I stayed here for three weeks; the place was clean, and I had a really relaxing time! First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic... It's situated between Hongdae and Yeouido, so you can get to the city center in just two stops. You can walk to the Han River, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was well-stocked—from tissues and towels to bottled water—so I didn't lack a thing! Plus, having a convenience store right on the ground floor was a huge plus. 🙏🏻
