12-2 Suwonji 1-gil, Donghae-si, Gangwon-do 3F

I used to live in Seoul, but I got to know Donghae two years ago because of work. It's a house built in 1984, over 40 years old. At first, it was so messy and there were so many things to fix. But after a lot of effort, I was able to create and decorate it like this. This is a quiet place for a healing trip, a one-month stay, for up to 2-3 people. I'd like to introduce you to my home, where I'm living well.

A popular spot these days is Mureungbyeol Yuchonji (check for closing days, admission fee 6,000 won, parking 2,000 won, other rides from 15,000 won). It was created by renovating an old coal mine, so it has steep slopes, but after purchasing your admission ticket, a circular train and bus run frequently, allowing you to get on and off freely at various points.
LPG gas is 5,000 won per cubic meter, electricity is charged according to the usage on the KEPCO app, and water is 2,000 won per ton. To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, we will take photos of the meters for short-term rentals. The gas and electricity meters are at the back of the building, and the water meter is inside the bathroom's embedded box. Please be careful not to drop your phone when taking photos.
It was clean and I used it well. It's the best.

I'm touched by you.
