All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. If the average monthly electricity and gas usage exceeds 150,000 won, the amount exceeding 150,000 won will be charged at actual cost. ☺️
The host was kind and very responsive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Above all, the location was excellent—convenient for getting around, and with a Lotte Mart right in front, grocery shopping was a breeze. I want to thank you again for being so accommodating during our long vacation with a young baby.

My family and I had a very comfortable week-long stay. It was spacious enough for three people, and the house was very clean, which was great. The small items and furniture were all nice, and all the necessary items were provided. The supermarket is literally 30 seconds away, which is awesome, and the neighborhood is quiet with many restaurants nearby. (Oh, and the sandwiches sold at the sandwich shop right next to the building are truly the best!)
