It’s a newly built property, so it’s very clean, and being fully furnished makes it incredibly convenient. I especially appreciated having a desk, chair, and lamp—essentials for studying. I’m also grateful to the landlord for allowing me to move in at a time that suited me, rather than sticking to the standard 3 PM check-in. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view, including a glimpse of the mountains.
