This studio apartment offers excellent access to Teheran-ro and is suitable for 1–2 guests. It is conveniently located near public transport (subway and bus) and local amenities. Enhanced security measures are in place; a security key is required to enter the main lobby after 10 PM (ensuring safety for female guests). Standard amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine (with a drying rack), a gas stove, and a refrigerator. While this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging business, freshly laundered bedding (for one person), pillows, and towels are provided. An additional fee of 30,000 KRW applies for an extra guest. The unit is equipped with five standard towels, bath towels, a dining table (seating 2–3), a microwave, and free Wi-Fi. A vacuum cleaner and hair dryer are provided, but there is no TV.

Check-in is contactless; we will send you instructions via text message once the booking is confirmed. Pets and smoking are not permitted. For security reasons, the ground-floor entrance locks automatically after 10 PM. A key card will be provided for access; please carry it with you when you go out. There is a Coffee Bean located 20 meters from the building, and the 5-star Josun Palace Hotel and Starbucks are just across the street. It is an ideal location for a short-term stay in Gangnam for business meetings.
The unit is equipped with bedding, a dining table, an electric rice cooker, dishes, cutlery, a hair dryer, and deodorizer. Please note that while gas cooking is not available, a portable burner is provided. It is a quiet officetel within walking distance of Yeoksam, Gangnam, and Seolleung stations, offering excellent access to Gangnam's business district, major academy areas, and large hospitals. Teheran-ro, located near the Josun Palace (a 5-star hotel), is a premier business hub in Korea.
The maintenance fee includes electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi.
