If you are looking for a special trip to Busan where you can enjoy both the sea and the city—a destination loved by tourists from home and abroad—consider this beautiful, newly built, high-rise apartment (approx. 1,200 sq. ft. / 34 pyeong). It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering an ocean view and a direct look down at the beach, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Netflix and Disney+ are available. Basic essentials such as shampoo, soap, and towels are provided. As this is a short-term rental, disposable items are not provided. We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise to avoid disturbing neighbors on other floors.
Located right in front of the apartment are BIFF Square, Gukje Market, Jagalchi Market, and Kkangtong Market (popular with both domestic and international tourists), as well as a bus stop for Busan Station just a one-minute walk away. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, costing around 20,000 won. By car, it takes about 20 minutes to reach attractions such as Namhang Bridge, Busan Port Bridge, Gwangan Bridge, and BEXCO; Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and Gijang Haenyeo Village are also nearby, while the Yeongdo area features Jagalmadang, Taejongdae, and another Haenyeo Village.

It’s close to the sea, and you can see the beach. The view is great, and the interior is neat and nice. Songdo doesn't seem to have the kind of tourist-trap price gouging you find in other vacation spots. It was convenient having all the necessary shops and places to eat nearby. I had a wonderful two-week stay.
